The Stable Housing – Stable Income Foreclosure Program:
Comprehensive services are in three phases - (1) trying to save a customer's home from foreclosure while safeguarding credit; (2) transitional support
services if a home is foreclosed; (3) Re-qualifying to regain home ownership.

  • Counseling and emergency services assistance with foreclosure
including strategies to help persons try to save their homes
  • Budget and credit counseling
  • Support services to help persons during foreclosure with rental
    housing, household basic needs, employment, and other social
    service concerns
  • Counseling assistance for re-qualifying as a home buyer after
foreclosure

Career Planning and Employment Placement Services:
There are a disproportionate large number of low-wage jobs and a shortage of high-skill workers. There is also a gap between high skill jobs and the
ability of the local labor market to take advantage of them. We help with:

  • Short-term vocational training opportunities
  • Job search training and employment placement assistance

Small Business Development Training and Coaching Program:
There are many aspiring entrepreneurs and many existing neighborhood business owners in the low and moderate-income community. Our services
